  The motel is very convenient for the snowmoblie trails and a great restaurant beside it the room bed was almost on the floor and the room had a small odor in it , but the owner is something else booked in at a price but the price changed when went to book out, the snowmoblie secured parking is bs used it one night too thaw out my machine, when I went in the morning to pick it up my machine was cover in food crumbs, two empty cigarette packs plus tobacco over it and something was spilled all over the seat it’s great the owner will throw party’s in the garage but using my machine as table or chair is not right, when I confronted him about this issue it didn’t seem to care never again will I stay there or recommend it to anyone

  To be completely fair, I never actually stayed at this place. It was like a scene out of Seinfeld. After driving 5 hours to get to Smooth Rock Falls I was told by the owner that the reservation I made 10 days earlier was not taken. He was nice enough to offer me a room in his other hotel in Cochrane though.

  Good clean room, five star courtesy, friendly and across the street from moose motel, there's a truck stop, with restraunt to start your day with a good hardy breakfast and coffee, many more to enjoy!

  New owner so he might put some well needed updates, rooms are clean but outdated. Very basic room, had a tv and bar fridge, some others in our group complained about a lack of hot water at busy times (morning, night). Walls are thin, I could hear someone snoring next door. It's the only place in SRF, so you don't have a choice. Do not book online, call them directly because I booked through the internet and almost didn't have a place to stay...
